Job Summary:
The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) promotes continued growth and superior customer service for new business and current customers within an assigned territory. Serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, quotes and service within an assigned area and to provide support. Follows-up on sales and marketing opportunities via e-mail and phone communications. Supports and promotes continued growth of new business for CSA Group TIC services.
These are your tasks:
- Support the sales process by providing initial information to prospective leads and existing customers
- Promote CSA services by contacting clients using competitors or other certification agencies
- Provide input to the Commercial Unit to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the Sales team to drive new business growth
- Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and services within assigned territory
- Collaborate with Marketing to organize and coordinate events (pre-work, scheduling, mailings, marketing materials)
- Prepare quotes and send proposals to clients, conduct follow-up calls
- Maintain and update client data in CRM system (Centra)
- Regularly follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities
- Research customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and generate leads
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Completed education in the following fields preferred:
- Office Management/ Marketing Communications
- Industrial Clerk / Business Administration Clerk
- Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk
- Customer Service / Call Center Specialis
- Foreign Language Correspondence
- Bachelor·s Degree in Business Administration / International / Communication Studies or in Marketing & Sales Management
- Sales competence and experience in lead generation
- Customer orientation and professional communication
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical skills for identifying business potential
- Organizational skills and structured work approach
- Very good command of German and English
