We are looking for a QA/Info Processing Specialist to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.
Your Responsibilities:
This role will establish efficient Quality Assurance records systems for the purpose of providing objective evidence and certification of product compliance to contract and specification requirements. This is to include support in the evaluation of requirements, analysis of existing systems, and modification of existing systems or support the development of new systems, as required.

Your Challenge:
Assists in preparation and creation of instructions and procedures related to the records system for lower classified records personnel
Provide on the job training, as necessary, to Quality Assurance Records / Information Processing Coordinator Clerks and Specialists of the same and lower codes
Voice and document concerns such that systems, procedures, guidelines, training, etc. may be created/modified by Quality Assurance Records management or those professional groups partnering with Quality Assurance records
Support development of documentation processing plans for assemblies in conjunction with Quality Assurance Engineering. Compile documentation packages for assemblies under the direction of Quality Assurance Engineering professionals when no formalized plan exists
Support and provide feedback to Quality Records and Engineering Support Management in identifying and executing department improvement initiatives
Support Quality Records Management as well as Quality Assurance Records / Information Processing Coordinator Clerks and Specialists of the same and lower codes in effectively partnering with the overall organization and its records philosophy
Analyze, assist, and/or direct the efforts to resolve product records problems.
Setup files for projects/products for data packages, routings, PA forms and miscellaneous correspondence
Perform all department functions equal or less complex in nature. Perform all duties required of the Quality Assurance / Information Processing Coordinator
What you Bring:
Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
Minimum of five years related experience of which at least four years should be at a lower classified Quality Assurance /Information Processing Coordinator position or equivalent
High school education
Additional education/training in the use of computers and related software in use in a technical office environment.
