Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant role
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly and independently make sound decisions- be solutions oriented
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment with ease
  • Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week. Our HQ office is located in Playa Vista, CA.
Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Manage and maintain daily calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and other appointments
  • Track project statuses and maintain task lists
  • File travel and expense reports and handle other confidential documents
  • Assist with general office duties and office administration/workplace needs
  • Provide support for other ad hoc projects as needed
  • Assist the company with all of its HR needs to enable continued growth
  • Support on-boarding and off-boarding to help provide a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Provide HR administration support and assist with HR programs such as benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, and learning & development
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
