Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Quality Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role specializing in networking products, with a strong understanding of network protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with network hardware, switches, routers, firewalls, and related networking devices.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience with network automation and/or DevOps tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
  • Knowledge of system integration, QA methodologies, and performance testing.
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking and data center technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and NVIDIA's engineering teams, focusing on the integration of network products in customer environments. Provide hands-on support for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop, implement, and complete test plans for network products to ensure they meet customer requirements, including performance, reliability, and functionality. Use automation tools and test frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers or discovered during integration and testing phases. Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve problems promptly.
  • Gather, document, and communicate customer feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in product design, functionality, and usability.
  • Work closely with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product development. Collaborate on the development of new features, product improvements, and updates to cater to customer preferences.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting manuals, and knowledge base articles, to assist customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor the performance of network products in customer environments, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and operational benchmarks. Provide proactive recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to customers and internal teams on standard methodologies for network product deployment, operation, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or working with third-party integrators.
  • Certification in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).
  • Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems and shell scripting.
