Requirements
  • DEC or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • More than 10 years of experience in project management, including leading major projects or large programs
  • Proven experience in conducting diagnostics and turnaround plans for significant projects
  • Expertise in establishing, structuring, or managing project management offices
  • Proven leadership with project managers and delivery teams
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and advanced English
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, synthesize and structure essential information to define a strategy to strengthen business capability and support organizational growth
  • Clarify and formalize the overall business sector process, from strategic planning to execution of projects and programs
  • Design a comprehensive and coherent roadmap for the development of the project office, including the implementation of a dedicated PMO for modernization initiatives
  • Identify major issues, propose concrete solutions and actively contribute to their resolution
  • Ensure the coherence, quality and alignment of work undertaken by teams and advisors involved in projects and programs
  • Collaborate closely with leaders and key stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure effective governance
  • Prepare and present executive communications to senior management, including analyses, recommendations and strategic reports
  • May be called to lead the modernization program during its startup phase or take charge of certain project portfolios to strengthen execution and prepare the organization for upcoming transformations
