  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience working as a software manager in the game or semiconductor industry
  • Strong knowledge of the game industry and graphics technologies
  • Familiarity with modern processor architecture, including CPU, GPU, memory sub-system and other components.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the North American Developer Technology team
  • Work closely with game developer partners and internal Intel stakeholders
  • Establish clear goal setting, facilitate work, maintain accountability, and apply differentiated performance management
  • Develop sample code, documentation, presentations, and other materials to illustrate best practices on Intel platforms
  • Collaborate with graphics driver, compiler, and performance engineers to debug issues and obtain optimal results
  • Set the technical direction for Game Engineering and collaborate with other teams across various technical functions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with graphics API (DirectX, Vulkan) and performance profiling/optimization on the GPU and/or CPU
  • Microsoft Windows architecture and how it can impact performance.
