Requirements
  • Masters degree in economics, statistics, data science, epidemiology, public policy, demography, or related subject
  • 1+ years of experience conducting statistical analysis, including multivariate methods
  • 1+ years of experience using Stata and R
  • 1+ year of experience managing large, population-based survey datasets
Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses of large survey data sets using statistical software packages
  • Review the analysis of other staff members
  • Perform literature reviews
  • Contribute to writing survey reports
  • Draft and present findings to diverse audiences
  • Strengthen data analysis capacity of in-country partners through training and coaching
  • Assist other project members on non-data analysis activities as needed
  • Present findings orally and in writing in English
  • May travel to low- and middle-income countries up to 15% time
