Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT governance, security, or compliance is required, including at least 3 years focused on low-code/no-code platform governance.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform in a large enterprise is required, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and administration is required, including environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention policies, security roles and permissions, application lifecycle management, and Dataverse data governance.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio features is required, ideally including deployments at scale and configuration of agent lifecycle, actions, and integrations aligned with compliance needs.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management in a financial context is required.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide governance policies is required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for data and artificial intelligence in finance is required, including GDPR, CCPA, SOX, data privacy, and records retention.
  • The candidate must be able to design controls and produce documentation for audit purposes.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview compliance portal features is required, including Data Loss Prevention configurations, sensitivity labels, data classification, and retention policies.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite is required, including Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Proficiency in Azure Entra ID administration is required, including conditional access, enterprise application permissions, cross-tenant access settings, and security fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps practices for managing Power Platform components is required.
  • The candidate must be able to script or automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power Platform for Admins connectors.
  • Experience implementing monitoring and reporting solutions is required, such as Power BI dashboards and CoE Starter Kit analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce enterprise-wide governance frameworks for Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform in a multi-tenant environment.
  • Define policies, standards, and guardrails to ensure low-code/no-code development is secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and data security.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data protection, security, and compliance measures for citizen-developed solutions in partnership with Information Security, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
  • Coordinate governance across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and develop strategies for cross-tenant consistency in Data Loss Prevention policies, environment configuration, and identity governance.
  • Leverage multi-tenant management capabilities such as Azure Entra cross-tenant policies and third-party governance tools to manage governance at scale.
  • Help operate the Power Platform Center of Excellence, including ownership of the Microsoft CoE Starter Kit tooling for monitoring and governance.
  • Create and maintain environment management strategies, including creating new environments, managing the development/test/production lifecycle, and geographic tenant segmentation.
  • Review and approve environment creations and manage tenant-level settings in line with governance policies.
  • Implement Power Platform Data Loss Prevention policies in the Power Platform Admin Center to govern connector and data source usage, agent capabilities, knowledge sources, and publishing channels.
  • Implement Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention policies in the Purview compliance portal to monitor and prevent leakage of sensitive data through Copilot and artificial intelligence interactions.
  • Leverage Microsoft Purview, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Azure Entra ID to enforce security.
  • Configure conditional access policies and application permissions through Azure Entra ID to secure Power Platform applications and Copilot agents.
  • Use Microsoft Defender and Cloud App Security policies to detect anomalies in Power Platform usage.
  • Manage the inventory of standard and custom connectors available to makers.
  • Maintain categorized connector lists in Data Loss Prevention policies and evaluate and approve new connectors after security review.
  • Enforce least-privilege access for service accounts.
  • Work with the Identity team to configure role-based access controls and permissions within the Power Platform.
  • Configure Maker and Environment Admin roles and govern the use of service principals.
  • Set up cross-tenant access settings and B2B collaboration policies for approved sharing where multiple tenants are involved.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions and Copilot agents.
  • Define how solutions move from development to production and ensure every app, flow, and bot has an assigned owner and support plan.
  • Design and implement monitoring and compliance reporting systems for platform usage.
  • Use Power Platform CoE Starter Kit dashboards and custom telemetry to track active makers, app launches, flow runs, connector usage, and Data Loss Prevention policy hits.
  • Design and implement automated security scanning and deployment strategies for low-code/no-code initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between the Center of Excellence and Cybersecurity, Compliance, Legal, and IT Operations.
  • Collaborate with Data Privacy officers to update Data Loss Prevention classifications and work with Internal Audit and Risk teams to provide evidence of controls.
  • Help develop training programs and guidance for citizen developers on secure and compliant development practices.
  • Guide citizen developers and power users on best practices and educate them on effective Power Platform use.
  • Create reusable components, reference architectures, and guardrail documentation so business teams can accelerate projects without bypassing controls.
  • Develop proof-of-concept automations or Copilot agents when needed to demonstrate governed capabilities.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory guidelines affecting low-code artificial intelligence solutions and update governance policies proactively.
  • Stay current on Microsoft's roadmap for Copilot, Power Platform, and related governance tooling.
  • Scale the governance model as the organization adopts advanced artificial intelligence agents, potentially including Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Agent 365.
  • Define key performance indicators for compliant citizen development, solution time-to-market, compliance-check pass rates, Data Loss Prevention incidents, and license-optimization savings.
Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of positioning Copilot agents as decision-support tools rather than autonomous decision-makers in regulated environments.
  • Prior work in banking, insurance, or capital-markets IT.
  • Understanding of financial-enterprise risk management and auditing.
  • Experience with multinational regulatory compliance, including data-sovereignty controls that restrict data to geographic tenants.

Generate Capital closes $117M community solar financing with MUFG

Generate Capital has closed a $117 million term debt facility with MUFG to finance a portfolio of community solar projects. The facility supports Generate's Community Solar Fund 11, comprising 18 projects totalling 114MWdc across Illinois and New York. This marks Generate's first community solar financing with MUFG. The transaction builds on approximately $1.4 billion in financing commitments the company secured during the first half of 2026. First-half highlights included closing a 104MW community solar portfolio with Monarch Private Capital, expected to deliver approximately $200 million in investment tax credits, and a $61 million senior secured US private placement for energy efficiency projects. Founded in 2014, Generate Capital focuses on accelerating the energy transition by providing reliable and affordable energy solutions. Since inception, the company has raised more than $16 billion in capital.

Miki Mori secures $20.7M credit facility from Mizuho and MUFG to fuel AI, robotics and energy expansion

Miki-Mori has secured a ¥3 billion credit facility with Mizuho Bank and MUFG Bank. The Tokyo-based trading company, which positions itself as a next-generation trading house leveraging AI and digital transformation, said the arrangement reflects confidence in its financial base and governance. Miki-Mori operates distribution of electronics and luxury watches, and has expanded into AI robotics solutions through a dealership with cleaning robot maker Gaussium. The company also develops grid-scale battery storage and data centre projects. Chief executive Ahn Yong-su said the credit line will support the firm's goal of reaching ¥1 trillion in revenue. Founded in 2014, Miki-Mori is a subsidiary of Miki-Mori Holdings.

Qupital raises $300M Series C led by M Capital to scale AI-driven e-commerce trade finance

Qupital, Asia's leading AI-driven fintech platform specialising in cross-border e-commerce trade finance, has raised $300 million in combined new capital commitments. The Series C round was led by M Capital, with additional asset-backed security commitments from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and Quester Capital.
