  • Experience working with web applications with teams of .net backend developers
  • Proven experience in a Scrum Master role. PMP designation, SCRUM Master certification, Six Sigma. Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development, or Risk Management
  • Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of collaboration and issue-tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence
  • Manage day-to-day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements
  • Promote the Agile values and principles
  • Analyze the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice
  • Support establishing effective Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Manage projects and resources in charge
  • Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of the program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment cycles
  • Drive weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning
  • Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted stakeholders
  • Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule
  • Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention
  • Support Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and win prospective clients
  • Support discipline leadership and guidance to the Delivery Department team, setting standards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within the organization
  • Adhere to and advises on the company-wide operating metric targets with the Group Delivery Director
  • Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path, and risk assessment
  • Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for the team to follow with the end goal of top efficiency and quality
  • Work with Group Delivery Director to align appropriate team members against suitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths
  • Motivate people, works and leads in a team environment
  • Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement
