Requirements
- Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
- Technical background
- 5+ years of experience managing various digital project types; site builds, eCommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, Web applications, maintenance
- A track record for successfully managing a discipline or large programs
- Expert experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping, and leadership
- Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities, timelines, mix, and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to work on large-scale digital projects
- Proven ability to develop and implement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables for the client
- Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with Senior-level employees
- Presents him/herself in a polished, professional way—a very high degree of personal professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post -bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for CM (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects)
- Experience working with web applications with teams of .net backend developers
- Proven experience in a Scrum Master role. PMP designation, SCRUM Master certification, Six Sigma. Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development, or Risk Management
- Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of collaboration and issue-tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements
- Promote the Agile values and principles
- Analyze the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice
- Support establishing effective Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Manage projects and resources in charge
- Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of the program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment cycles
- Drive weekly releases for vertical and/or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule
- Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention
- Support Agency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and win prospective clients
- Support discipline leadership and guidance to the Delivery Department team, setting standards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within the organization
- Adhere to and advises on the company-wide operating metric targets with the Group Delivery Director
- Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-ups of all projects, critical path, and risk assessment
- Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for the team to follow with the end goal of top efficiency and quality
- Work with Group Delivery Director to align appropriate team members against suitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths
- Motivate people, works and leads in a team environment
- Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement
