  • Clear understanding of the data that exists across media, syndicated, e-commerce, etc. and where to secure it

  • Connecting directly with key clients to shape ongoing measurement conversations, learn agendas and test frameworks as we look to blend online and offline data and measurement approaches to prove the efficacy of our strategic work and performance
  • Consulting directly with clients on their first party data assets, their CRM practices, and opportunities for segmentation and growth as consumer regulation shifts and as platforms become more privacy centric
  • Partnering with Client Analytics to ensure measurement and learning translates into actionable implications in campaign reporting and insightful client presentations
  • Creating new data solutions through outside but available data
  • Building analytical point of views that can tell clear and compelling story
  • Growing data literacy regardless of capability level
  • Fostering an inclusive and equitable environment that requires all team members to embrace diversity with all fellow Beeps, clients, and vendors, regardless of background, culture, and organizational level. Specific examples include, but are not limited to: holding employees accountable to creating an environment that is safe for all employees, facilitating discussions within the team on DEI-related topics, encouraging participation in company-wide DEI events and Community Groups, as well as participating themselves and partnering with Talent Acquisition to implement hiring strategies that attract a more diverse pool of applicants for vacant positions on team
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Holding company or other agency experience preferred
