ModMed is hiring a driven Integration Consultant II to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Technology Services team focused on the technical implementation and delivery of our integrated interface products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to perform application installations and configuration for clients from kickoff through go-live within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of our products/services with a focus on our lab services bridges.
Coordinate with client teams to manage decisions and processes during the implementation period.
Lead technical calls with clients and validate all requirements are met for a given project/timeline.
Perform configurations for interface implementations.
Perform integration setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate activities with team members and set deadlines.
Act as a client escalation to resolve all client requests during the implementation phase.
Create and maintain technical documents as new products are released.
Perform solution upgrades and manage processes from start to finish.
Work with development teams to improve product through enhancement requests and bug fixes.
Provide technical direction, training, and support to internal teams.
Document problems and resolutions in CRM software.
Perform tasks off-hours as needed to complete specific projects or tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Project management and successful Customer service delivery experience for primarily Enterprise projects.
Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Industry knowledge of HL7 interfaces is a must.

Industry knowledge of demographics and scheduling interfaces is ideal, as well as experience in dealing with PHI.
Ability to read, interpret, and create technical documents such as installation guides, and procedure manuals.

Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information.
Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively work independently and coordinate team effort.
