- Experience as a project (or program) manager on fast-paced, complex projects
- Ability to manage blended resource teams and achieve measurable results Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-oriented
- Experience working in the Agile methodology (e.g., planning/running sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, and leading scrum teams)
- Technology implementation experience (e.g., data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)
- Process optimization project experience
- Organizational change management or user adoption experience
- Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships
- Leading complex projects and be responsible for communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning.
- Setting the direction for the team and being the main point of contact for the client.
- Planning, organizing, tracking, and driving technical teams.
