Requirements
  • Having a developed sense of design, a strong understanding of Brand Building, Packaging Design, and Design systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Understanding /awareness of the global culture.
  • Keeps abreast of current design trends.
  • Excellent ability to communicate design thinking and effective presentation skills.
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
  • Having strong printing & prepress knowledge.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in all key creative software programs - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Design teams in Target HQ to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions that serve the needs of our guests.
  • Ability to contribute individually and work well within a team. Assist the senior designers in creating design solutions.
  • Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintains and organizes files and project materials.
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ design experience in a branding/design agency.
  • Design degree or equivalent.
  • Strong Creative Portfolio demonstrating breadth of type, design, and photo art direction, particularly in branding & packaging design.
