Responsibilities
  • Significantly influences functional strategy; may participate in the development of the product or division strategy. Establish and maintain industry relationships and promote Nordic’s overall business.
  • Work in partnership with leadership and management to ensure an integrated approach of service offerings in all client opportunities.
  • Responsible for sales enablement and client relationships. Contribute to overall business planning and responsible for advancing the strategy and performance expansion strategy.
  • Responsible for service line projects ensuring quality control of all practice projects and utilization management (ensuring all projects are on time and within budget).
  • Creates, nurtures, and maintains strong client relationships by understanding client needs and requirements and delivering quality products and services.
  • Contribute thought leadership, research and insights that support overall marketing and promotion of all lines of business within Digital Health.
  • Lead efforts, as identified, to showcase Nordic leadership and talents internally and externally.
  • Lead by way of example by working ethically, eliciting loyalty and trust, and acting as a brand steward for Nordic.
  • Maintain an active presence in the business community through networking, professional associations, committee work, speaking platforms, articles and media opportunities.
  • Leads the development of strategies with existing and new clients to identify areas where strategy and performance improvement can drive client value and establish/ extend Nordic’s presence.
  • Build effective relationships with C-level executives and healthcare leaders across the private sector and public entities/partnerships.
  • Proficient at articulating the value proposition of strategy development and execution, program design, and evaluation, often enabled through technology, processes, clinical workflow, data and analytics.
  • Responsible for the success of our clients through the design and delivery of quality products and services that deliver exceptional value and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Meets regularly with clients to understand near-term and longer-term priorities, strategic and operational plans, and timelines.
  • Leads teams and provides guidance, oversight, and accountability for all client deliverables ensuring quality, time, and budget parameters are met in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Leverages existing Nordic methodologies where possible or designs new methods to ensure effective client delivery. Sets appropriate standards for client satisfaction and services and monitors the delivery of services based on KPIs determined by Digital Health leadership.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership and engages management to identify, develop, and execute client-specific strategies.
  • Work with other firm senior management on key account management strategy.
  • Effectively manage and maintain long-term healthy existing client relationships.
  • Collaboratively work with business development and marketing support team(s) as well as other colleagues to identify and plan for key initiatives and/or projects required to achieve growth within the portfolio.
  • Enhance market eminence through presentations, articles, etc.
  • Support the development of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, bids, contracts, and proposals for services.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with outside vendors, partners, and associates, manage their performance, and coordinate their services.
  • As a member of the IT Advisory leadership team, collaborate with colleagues to build and expand the strategy and performance line of business.
  • Recommend strategies or tactics to grow and sustain business within and across the IT Advisory service line.
  • Co-lead business intelligence information gathering, analysis, and reporting; recommend strategies and/or tactics to anticipate or respond to market changes; assess customer trends, issues, and growth opportunities across various geographical / service line areas.
  • Partner with colleagues to develop new or enhanced service offerings to proactively anticipate or meet client demand.
  • Contribute significantly to Nordic’s market eminence through various strategies and thought leadership.
  • Control cost relative to profitability expectations.
  • Identify, plan, recommend, and then build the services methodologies/consulting processes/tools and performance standards.
  • Lead the deployment and application of policies, practices, models, systems, standards, and methodologies.
