Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Cycle Counter in our Production Warehousing team. This role reports into our Production Warehousing Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing cycle counts, compiling, and maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, and/or supplies stocked in the production warehouse and/or items to be returned. Research root causes for count discrepancies. The cycle counter will provide support to all departments as needed. Perform all work duties in a safe and efficient manner, foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with operational stakeholders that upholds commitment to a safe work environment. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV.

What you’ll do:

• Follow and complete daily cycle count schedule; ensure the integrity of the physical count of the in-house inventory via cycle counting and other duties assigned

• Supports product loss and damage program, and help investigate causes of damage and loss

• Research causes of variances, receiving/put away/let down issues, and damaged product in the slots from warehouse moves

• Proactively checks First-in First-out (FIFO) items for proper rotation

• Confirm reserves are properly recorded and verify the count of each reserve pallet

• Verify the put-away and transfer process performed by the day and night personnel

• Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a production or distribution operation

• Demonstrated experience in cycle counting

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
