The Team and Role:
The Global Head of Inside Sales is a critical sales role. You are responsible for defining, developing, and driving revenue within our Global/Central and North America organizations. In addition to overseeing sales and forecasting, you collaborate across the business to identify and implement new strategic initiatives and strategies that drive revenue across all segments of our business, inclusive of our online (DTX) business. You will lead new customer acquisition, expansion, cross-sell, upsell and renewal sales for our Logitech for Business products.
You are a passionate leader and doer who loves to innovate. You will use your inspirational leadership to provide hands-on leadership, coaching and mentorship to the Inside Sales Team to ensure business alignment, development and growth for your team. In partnership with other leaders, you will enable your team by implementing a clear and repeatable framework around training, coaching, and sales development, and accountability.
Location: We proudly support remote/hybrid work culture. However, to ensure stellar customer service and care, you are located in the United States as part of our Global Sales Leadership teams.

- Own and manage the Inside Sales strategy and team, focusing on optimizing sales processes and strategies. Foster a productive and positive team environment while ensuring the team has the necessary tools and skills to succeed.
- Utilize Salesforce to review and monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer relations.
- Create, implement, and lead Inside Sales strategies that work in harmony with the sales approach.
- Develop and collaborate on marketing initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customers for Logitech.
- Leverage your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence to uncover new targeted opportunities in our customer base.
- Establish and operationalize a process-oriented forecasting cadence across your business that leads to predictable revenue projections and identifies areas for growth.
- Lead with a hands-on approach that includes a high degree of personal interaction with your team and our business partners to define processes, build campaigns, and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identify buying trends and provide insight reporting to leadership toward enhancements in sales and process.
- Provide compelling insights and action plans around leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Senior leadership experience leading teams in indirect/direct sales roles.
- Previous experience in direct quota carrying roles.
- Previous experience in building new teams, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scaling large sales teams.
- Track record of success as a sales leader exceeding revenue goals at a high growth company.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing or collaborating across global sales organizations.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to manage both up and down internally.
- A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models.
- Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
- Proven track record and experience working with and managing CRM tools, lead generation programs, and sales cycle management processes.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with experience maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics and ROI both to deliver results and formulate strategy.
- A scrappy, hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and guide your teams and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility.
- An innovation mindset. Willing to always try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks for the purpose of growing revenue.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse sales teams, particularly in countries throughout Americas, Europe and Asia.
- Experience with SFDC as a forecasting and analytics tool, along with other marketing and sales integrated technology solutions to drive execution and success.

This position offers an annual OTE (base + variable) of typically between $ 158K and $ 365K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
