Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CSE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications aligned with the Microsoft Platform. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types, along with the ability to create visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications aligned with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on streamlined implementations.
Develop a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.
Create visualizations to better understand and communicate insights.
Perform functional testing within Microsoft modules, including CSE, Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, and Portals.
Lead design and review sessions to ensure functional feasibility within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology stack.
Provide demos from Agile sprints and identify and recommend opportunities for improving business processes.
Work with Scrum/Agile teams, influencing Acceptance Criteria with Features/User Stories and guiding test cases, test scripts, and test suites to meet business expectations.
Guide UAT cycles with adherence to core KPIs and business metrics.

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience in product management, analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, relationships, fields, and data types.
Proficiency in creating visualizations to communicate insights.
Experience in performing functional testing within Microsoft modules, including CSE, Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, and Portals.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Strong influence on Acceptance Criteria with Features/User Stories and guiding test cases, test scripts, and test suites.
Experience in guiding UAT cycles with adherence to core KPIs and business metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Expected Salary Range
$90,000.00 - $194,200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
