One Therapy Network provides a nationwide practice management platform that helps independent therapy practices manage back-office operations. By joining the network, member clinics outsource administrative tasks such as billing, credentialing, payroll, human resources, licensing, and interactions with insurance companies, freeing clinicians to focus on patient care and practice growth. The platform also offers access to resource and training libraries for business development, hiring, and management, along with business growth coaching and a peer network for sharing clinical best practices. The goal is to reduce administrative burdens for therapy providers and enable faster growth and higher-quality patient care.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • The website updated January 20, 2026, still shows active national demand.
  • Recruiting roles in August 2026 signals continued expansion across Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
  • Therapitas' success as Oklahoma's largest pediatric therapy provider validates the model.

What critics are saying

  • No funding is disclosed in April 2026, forcing growth from operating cash.
  • Independent clinic competitors like Alma and Headway intensify payer-network capture.
  • If billing or authorization workflows fail, member clinics lose revenue and churn fast.

What makes One Therapy Network unique

  • Edwin Brown built One Therapy from Therapitas' operating playbook since 2018.
  • It combines therapy-specific EMR with billing, credentialing, payroll, HR, and licensing.
  • Its network model shares coaching and peer learning across independent pediatric clinics.
