As the Learning & Implementation Leader, you will have a meaningful understanding of learning & development design and implementation, team building, and the abuse space, while managing a team of dedicated professionals. You will report into our Director of Trust & Safety.

What you’ll be doing

• Protect and serve our communities by building and scaling a comprehensive Learning & Implementation team 
• Oversee sensitive programs from initial conception through implementation across areas, including the design and implementation of live and modularized training as well as content strategy and ongoing maintenance
• Work with Policy, Product, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams in the development of operational policies
• Collaborate with external partners to represent the Trust & Safety organization
• Communicate to leadership on important programs and metrics for your team

What you should have

• 6+ years of experience with learning and development strategy and design
• 3+ years of experience with building and leading teams
• Strong people management skills––you’re passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to developing your direct reports, and are excited to grow a world-class organization
• Analytical backbone––you eagerly gather and present data for the ongoing tracking of success metrics
• Problem solving––you’re excited to find opportunities for improvement, and you’re motivated to lead projects from start to finish
• Whether to your team, company leaders, or external partners, you can present updates and results with ease
• Partner management skills––you know how to use the skills of multiple different teams, including improving processes you don’t directly own
• Comfort with ambiguity––in different situations, you approach programs with positivity and lead your team through their completion

Bonus Points

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in the internet safety, general compliance and/or teen safety spaces
• Familiarity with Discord
• Multilingual

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 to $157,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
