Requirements
  • Ability to read and write English and follow written instructions.
  • Basic math skills.

  • A valid driver's license from the state of residence.
  • Customer service experience with a stable work history.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry 20–50 pounds.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record report for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
  • Implement company plan-o-grams in all sets, including selecting products for core sets, rearranging store shelves or display areas according to approved layouts, merchandising, stocking products, setting suggested retail pricing, shelf facing, rotating merchandise, and cleaning products and shelves as needed.
  • Manage inventory of supplies in vans and storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in customers' stores.
  • Maintain dress and personal appearance according to company standards.
  • Assign categories to team members to encourage and ensure cross-category training.
  • Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report them to the Territory Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all retail items placed in the store are tagged.
  • Ensure Count of Goods is recorded at each reset.
  • Maintain the Store Solutions Calendar schedule and communicate with team members.
  • Provide the Regional Sales Manager with weekly updates.
  • Assist in developing store layouts as needed.
  • Take primary responsibility for securing merchandising supplies.
  • Check Store Solutions Representatives' work to ensure category resets are completed properly.
  • Guide and motivate team members to work together and deliver customer service.
  • Assist with training and development of the Store Solutions Representatives team.
  • Order supplies and provide updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Travel overnight approximately 70% of the time across the assigned territory.
  • Work Monday through Thursday on four 10-hour shifts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college education.
  • Experience in merchandising, sales, and retail work within a field sales environment.
