  • Own iteration of and insight generation from the Customer Delivery Weekly report (published to the entire Company) and its underlying implementation tracking tools
  • Ensure consistency in measurement of customer success & health: creating a system of objective metrics (e.g., deployment health, partnership health) leading to consistent use of red/yellow/green
  • Groom backlog of tickets, closing the loop across functions (old product request tickets no one has triage or prioritized and fell through cracks or are n/a)
  • Lead Deployment Reviews, which is our weekly cross-functional problem-solving forum, to ensure intense focus on critical issues and drive follow-up action items
