Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business, Science, Health Care, Banking, or Economics.
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting, business planning and management, communication and presentation, customer focus and relationship building, information and technology, and problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to make decisions under stress while following department and state rules.
- Ability to develop case plans based on risk factors identified in risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the Software Test Life Cycle, create documentation, and test software against specifications and documentation.
- Perform functional, smoke, sanity, retesting, and regression testing.
- Create test data specification documents covering application interfaces, test cases, and environment needs.
- Test new functionality based on test cases and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Update test cases in TestDirector and maintain the Master Test Plan.
- Implement quality assurance strategies and plans and standardize procedures for the quality assurance department.
- Develop automated test scripts using QuickTest Professional (QTP).
