We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Affinity product team to own product definition, development, and strategy for our Integration and Reporting capabilities. This team is responsible for driving business and user outcomes across our external APIs, current and future integrations as well as our reporting capabilities within the Affinity relationship intelligence platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and other PMs through every part of product development - conducting user research, leading the teams through design and engineering sprints, defining and studying analytics, and shipping Affinity’s next great idea. And you’ll synthesize data from all departments to help define Affinity’s product roadmap.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with design and engineering to lead a team to maintain the backlog and drive the roadmap
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high level use cases, technical requirements, and potential revenue and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams on the development, QA and release of new features
• Lead deep dives into user needs and product analytics to collaborate on and define Affinity’s product roadmap
• Analyze customer feedback and new product ideas

Required

• 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company (enterprise software experience a plus)
• Experience working with engineering and design teams end-to-end to drive business impact
• Strong communication skills that foster cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on key outcomes and objectives
• Deep understanding and empathy for users
• A proven track record of design thinking and ruthless prioritization
• A passion for Affinity and the problems we are solving
