Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of real estate or related experience
  • Experience with multifamily a must
  • A strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and impacts of market conditions on asset values
Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly financials and track performance across multifamily properties and markets, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with JV partners to ensure the successful management, execution, and alignment of business plans
  • For multifamily properties 100% owned by Skydeck, act as asset manager to solve problems and drive profitability
  • Develop and maintain cash flow models, investment reports, budgets, leasing initiatives, and capital projections
  • Assist in oversight of multifamily property operations including property management, leasing, and construction
  • Visit properties regularly and provide feedback with ownership / tenant / user perspectives in mind
  • Assist in preparation and execution of capital events, due diligence, and other ad hoc analyses as necessary
