BA
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in a related functional role
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Agile, JIRA
• Experience in User acceptance testing
