Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Must have customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with guests and tactfully guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are company-provided leads, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins
- Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests
- Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete
- Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features
- Keep current on all new products, features and accessories with the represented brand(s). Attend product and training courses that are brand specific
- Other duties as assigned by Management
