Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience of information systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, required
  • Strong project management skills, required.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and desktop publishing software, required.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Experience and knowledge of ASCII, SCORM, AICC, API, preferred.
  • Experience with SCORM Compliant Content Development tools, (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, video and voice editing software, etc.), preferred.
  • HTML and Web Design experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manages and coordinates the implementation of Cornerstone (LMS) initiatives to meet needs of the Health System.
  • Communicates with all user departments, project teams on implementation activities, system changes to ensure feasibility.
  • Develops system specifications to meet Health System requirements.
  • Assesses Cornerstone (LMS) system for constant improvements and enhancements.
  • Manage the team who administers system support for Cornerstone.
  • Evaluates information technology to promote operational efficiency.
  • Coordinates and maintains communication with Health System and vendors regarding system applications.
  • Coordinates system applications communication with vendors.
  • Reviews contractual obligations and ensures status of deliverables.
  • Resolves LMS issues with vendors.
  • Performs periodic post-installation reviews of all system initiatives.
  • Reviews and evaluates post-installation processing with documented specification.
  • Creates and schedules appropriate education reports for Health System leadership.
  • Develops and conducts education to address learning needs for Cornerstone Teams, Help Desk and end users.
  • Identifies learning needs for Cornerstone administrators and end users.
  • Creates appropriate education with supporting documents.
  • Conducts system-wide education with managers and/or staff, as needed.
