- A valid Louisiana license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required.
- At least 2 years of experience is required.
- Strong therapy and assessment skills are required.
- Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations is required.
- Experience performing brief short-term therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, is required.
- Conduct and document daily group therapy sessions.
- Complete psychosocial assessments.

- Implement and review treatment and discharge plans.
- Hospital-setting experience is preferred.
- Experience developing therapeutic materials is preferred.
