Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Analysis, Manpower Analysis, Operations Research, or related discipline may be acceptable.
  • Extensive experience with data visualizations (Excel, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data using SQL and relational databases
  • Experience designing and delivering intuitive and visually appealing interfaces/dashboards for client tools and reports
  • Ability to translate dense information into easily accessible and digestible visuals
  • Experience in algorithm development using data science languages such as Python, R, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess or be able to obtain an active Secret-level security clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Create interactive and static dashboards, charts, and reports to clearly communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand business requirements, gather feedback, and translate them into effective visual data solutions.
  • Build intuitive, accessible, and responsive UI components for dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Use business acumen to interpret data, uncover key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to validate data, ensuring that all visualizations are based on reliable, accurate data sources.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to align visualizations with broader organizational standards.
  • Apply understanding of business models and objectives to develop visualizations that provide valuable insights aligned with organizational goals.
