  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, marketing, data analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of analytical sales, demand planning, project execution and/or related experience; preferably working with large national retailer(s); experience working with Lowe's preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and skills and experience in extracting data from multiple sources to create/discern actionable insights
  • Experience working with forecasting tools and working with sales and operations to develop forecasts as well as addressing variances and root cause resolution
  • Ability to apply principals of logical thinking to solve a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Must be prepared to function within a fast paced, customer focused organization that is committed to cooperation, collaboration, and interdependence among diversified businesses and functions
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy critical to building stakeholder credibility

  • Build and closely manage relationships with Lowe's buyers and replenishment team, including regular interaction with adjacent functions including visual space planning, merchandising, MST, .com, supply chain and brand advocate
  • Co-develop and provide thought leadership to strategic business plans to achieve growth targets around share growth and introduction of new solutions to include pricing, programs, assortments, etc
  • Drive internal cross functional collaboration internally with teams for alignment on business strategies and objectives (Product Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing)
  • Co-develop meaningful promotional plans with marketing & supply chain that understand the changing needs in retail
  • Execute product transitions minimizing customer impact via effective replenishment program management
  • Ensure POGs are setup properly and maintains integrity; work with Field Team to ensure flawless execution of projects, resets, and in-store events
  • Assists Channel Marketing as needed with Field Team to ensure flawless execution of projects, resets, and in-store events
  • Responsible for oversight/execution of actions related to returns, fines, disputes, etc
  • Drive demand planning and forecasting that adds value to the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process
  • Ensure successful order management execution with Lowe's replenishment team, including issue resolution and supply communication
  • Provide detailed weekly analysis of replenishment orders to maximize inventory turns, fill rate and service level both internally and externally through better forecasting and communication
  • Create and analyze weekly and monthly business reporting for key stakeholders which includes category and sku trend analysis, sku level forecast accuracy, fill rate, compliance adherence, point of sale performance, demand planning/forecasting creation, margin, return on advertising investment, etc
  • Identify trends in data, draw conclusions, outline key risks and opportunities, and make actionable recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization
  • Analyze operational, inventory and consumer demand data to provide actionable KPIs to gain efficiencies, minimize non-compliance issues and improve key metrics
  • Provide data and recommendations promotional planning and post-performance reporting
  • Provide category review planning data and reporting (internal and external) to identify help risks and opportunities
