  • Support experience in a financial service regulated environment.
  • Experience handling MS .NET and IIS based windows and web applications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent experience administrating applications on Window Servers (2012/2016/2019), including a good awareness of Microsoft .NET technology.
  • Good understanding of DNS and Load Balancing and Firewall concepts.
  • AWS cloud experience is also desirable, including EC2, VPC, AWS Cloud Watch, Storage and Security Groups.
  • Strong experience in application troubleshooting e.g. reviewing Logs (IIS/Event Viewer/etc.) and various Internals tools, etc.
  • A working knowledge of monitoring tools such as DataDog, Splunk, and others etc would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge on patching procedures for Windows OS, .NET, Java, etc.
  • An understanding of SSL Certificate management.
  • Good working knowledge of the industry standard, change management process.
Responsibilities
  • Deploying and supporting products for clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Creating new environments, carry out software deployments, and manage estates.
  • Working closely with the Technical Lead to enhance service delivery.
  • Providing support outside of normal office hours for issue resolutions and deployments.
  • Maintaining records of support issues and deployments.
  • Assisting with installations, configurations with various teams across the business.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience handling MS .NET and IIS based windows and web applications is highly desirable.
  • AWS cloud experience is also desirable, including EC2, VPC, AWS Cloud Watch, Storage and Security Groups.
  • A relevant industry certification is desirable.
