Responsibilities
  • Driving key performance indicators focused on patient engagement and ensuring patients leave only after achieving their goals.
  • Monitoring patient churn and enhancing the patient experience across all clinic interfaces: backend, care team-facing, and patient-facing.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and refine clinical tools and systems.
  • Innovating operations and automating processes to improve scale and patient satisfaction, avoiding unnecessary team expansion.
  • Ensuring an intuitive user experience with streamlined onboarding, clear medical documentation, straightforward lab work procedures, and transparent communication about insurance and treatment plans.
  • Overseeing automation to maintain growth, including proactive clinical requests and comprehensive patient check-ins.
  • Automating team workflows, planning, and monitoring daily operations to guarantee smooth implementation and continuous process improvement.
  • Supervising staff, fostering an engaged workplace culture, and maintaining efficient internal communications.
  • Managing clinical outcomes, provider network capacity, and operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluating performance through data analysis, gathering patient feedback rigorously, and adjusting services to enhance customer satisfaction.
