Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred discipline in Business Administration or Management. Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Six (6) years of work-related experience. Master’s Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must possess a professional attitude, and learning skills
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to competently deal with changing requirements
Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple calendars and meeting rooms on Outlook
  • Performing professional level tasks both formal and informal requiring independent judgement, initiative, and tact
  • Monitoring projects and/or finances for members of assigned functional unite
  • Preparing complex briefing materials
  • Attending meetings and actively taking notes
  • Coordinating administrative work within the secretarial and clerical support group, including travel, time keeping, budget, and more
  • Determining method of collection and analysis for assigned projects
  • Must have expertise in preparing various reports, making recommendations for actions
  • Ability to perform project management duties, event planning, office relocation planning and other duties as assigned
