What you’ll do...

• Manage and help scale a team of Order Analysts. Coach and develop your team on their individual growth trajectories, helping make Octopus the most fulfilling place to work
• Enable your team deliver on KPIs, perform to their best, ensuring you/they hit our ambitious targets
• Constantly look for improvements in our processes, spot inefficiencies and work with internal stakeholders to deliver on action plans
• Help re-process orders where a customer has made an amendment, or we’ve suggested a different product based on changes to supply. The industry’s supply chain is tricky to navigate at the moment so you should be able to be dynamic and adaptable
• Work alongside our Procurement team to manage new stock added to our supply
• Heavily rely on accurate data processing from our online booking system to our Key2 order management software to ensure our orders are correct and our systems up to date
• Work well under pressure and to team deadlines. This role requires elite level focus and ability to get down to business on the task at hand
• Elite problem solving! Ensuring all data and information is where it should be, on time and ready for our Customer Operations team to access for customers. Be ready to come up with creative solutions if things aren’t going as expected
