Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum one year of security experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving history are required.
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • An NC Private Protective Services Board security license is required.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50 or more pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
  • Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at the front desk pertaining to people or property, including packages.
  • Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
  • Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bilingual ability is considered a plus.
