Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control inspection or manufacturing quality roles.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work on your feet and remain mobile for a large portion of the day.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day quality-control activities for assembly, shipping and receiving, and vendor finished goods, ensuring proper execution of in-process and final inspections.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer issues and monitor customer feedback daily to support rapid responses to installation-site needs.
  • Procure materials, coordinate vendor needs with in-house teams, coordinate shipping, partner with Project Managers when installation is required, and escalate issues or trends to the QAQC Program Manager.
  • Manage inspections within applicable jurisdictions, establish inspection criteria, calibrate measurement tools, enter inspections into internal and bridged systems, and perform inspections in rotation to support operations teams.
  • Investigate non-conformances with the QAQC team and support corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Generate and maintain documentation aligned with ISO 9001 standards, define quality standards, and ensure document control.
  • Support production teams in meeting quality targets and communicate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint before products are released for delivery to project sites.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and quality management system software.
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Certification in quality auditing or inspection, such as ASQ CQI.
  • Experience in quality control, inspection, and ISO 9001 documentation.
