  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience of Software as a Service sales in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring that they align with product offerings
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Present and sell new products to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements: speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience communicating the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert
