Requirements
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, or technical specialty
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience preference in digital marketing, including media planning, programmatic optimization across digital and social channels
  • Solid understanding of the omni channel paid media practices to create a cohesive, customized programs for the customer
  • Experience with media planning and forecasting across an entire digital media program
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience managing large media accounts at a paid media agency
  • Experience in understanding & performing advanced analytics on digital data sources (e.g., digital analytics data, digital advertising data, DMP data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing programs across a variety of brands and businesses
  • Identify and understand target audiences
  • Determine the most effective media mix to display ads
  • Coordinate, monitor and evaluate media campaigns and strategies
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide strategies and innovative ideas for their media
  • Work closely with top executives and assist junior-level staff with special projects
  • Train, mentor, and earn the respect of junior team members
  • Oversee all aspects in the planning process, working in close collaboration with team members
  • Manage campaign optimization and performance management
  • Participate in external discussions and accurately discuss plans and reporting
  • Support various new business initiatives and client onboarding with limited oversight
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication
  • Implement and activate digital media campaigns, including building segments, forecasting and booking media placements, and crafting insights based on media campaign performance
  • Provide a high level of customer service to collaborate teams/clients with effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolution of potential issues
  • Build various client or sales deliverables, such as proposals, media approaches, and audience strategies
  • Work during US Day time (CST) for certain periods in the year
