Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of Media and Data Agency clients, selling and leveraging 84.51° customer focused solutions that drive customer loyalty, category and brand growth
  • Own relationships with key Media and Data Agency contacts, developing a good understanding of their organization, strategies and objectives
  • Partner with other 84.51° functions (product, data science, marketing, primary research, etc.) to develop and integrate 84.51° solution insights with agency insights that lead to consistent, efficient and effective uses of customer insights to drive collaboration with Kroger on business decisions that lead to measurable change
  • Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work ensuring deadlines are met, operational hurdles are understood, and insights are delivered in an actionable format
  • Share best practices across team, department and function
  • Collaborate with key strategy and product teams to help innovate and advance 84.51° solutions
  • Attend national and regional conferences, representing 84.51°
