Social and Community Lead

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a pioneering tech company developing a groundbreaking cross-platform robot operating system infused with AI, whose mission is to create robots that learn rapidly, are easy to train, and excel at interacting dynamically with both their environment and humans. Building vision-language-action models (VLAMs) and integrating them with other AI technologies to enable robots to understand and interact with the physical world.

We are looking for a Social & Community Lead to be their voice and pulse, managing their presence on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant channels. 

In this role, you will:

• Own and execute the community and social media strategy across platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram etc.)
• Build and moderate an engaged community, fostering positive and respectful dialogue
• Post daily content (memes, updates, threads, polls) that resonates with crypto-native audiences
• Plan and host AMAs, Twitter Spaces, community calls, contests, and other engagement campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to communicate roadmap updates, launches, and ecosystem growth
• Develop relationships with key community members, power users, and influencers
• Monitor sentiment, respond to DMs and questions, and escalate feedback and issues to internal teams
• Track KPIs and report on engagement, growth, and community health

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 2+ years experience in Web3 community, social media, or marketing roles
• Deep familiarity with Web3 culture, memes, terminology, and ethos
• Active user of crypto communities and social media.
• Able to digest technical information and concepts, experience in technical writing is a plus.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to tailor tone to different platforms
• Comfortable managing and growing Twitter account, Discord / Telegram communities
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first team
