Requirements
- Previous experience with insurance restoration and/or construction
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to commute to Auburn each workday and use a company vehicle to travel to work sites
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while prioritizing customer service and deadlines
- Technology skills using various software, tablets, laptops, phones, etc
- Effective written and verbal communication, as well as strong business acumen
- On-call rotation for 1 week per month (managed from home)
- Restoration industry certifications are preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Reports to office and work site as determined by work orders
- Monitors active residential and commercial jobs for quality and budget control
- Creates jobs estimates, maintains project records, documents loss through clear and descriptive photos
- Maintains contact with adjusters and customers to explain processes, resolve issues, and answer questions
- Performs quality assurance inspections, ensures on-site safety, and prepares documentation for insurance reimbursement
