Requirements
  • Previous experience with insurance restoration and/or construction
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to commute to Auburn each workday and use a company vehicle to travel to work sites
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while prioritizing customer service and deadlines
  • Technology skills using various software, tablets, laptops, phones, etc
  • Effective written and verbal communication, as well as strong business acumen
  • On-call rotation for 1 week per month (managed from home)
  • Restoration industry certifications are preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Reports to office and work site as determined by work orders
  • Monitors active residential and commercial jobs for quality and budget control
  • Creates jobs estimates, maintains project records, documents loss through clear and descriptive photos
  • Maintains contact with adjusters and customers to explain processes, resolve issues, and answer questions
  • Performs quality assurance inspections, ensures on-site safety, and prepares documentation for insurance reimbursement
