Requirements
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in month-end close process, review, and analysis
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or commensurate experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
  • Financial services, broker-dealer, software, and Fintech experience desired
  • Experience in Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Public accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business, Operations, and Technology to prepare and streamline month-end close journals
  • Take ownership and accountability of cash and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Participate and represent the accounting team on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Provide support for financial statement audits and tax filings
  • Facilitate monthly liquidity and cash movements
