Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience are required.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects is required.
  • Working knowledge of federal contract execution is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Agile software development is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a client services organization is required.
  • Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment is required.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or green-card holders.
  • Candidates must have been U.S. residents for at least the past 3 years.
  • Candidates must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a U.S. government background investigation.
Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery teams and shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary decision maker for the program.
  • Manage team members through direct reports in support of delivery success.
  • Employ structured project management and process methodologies to meet contract, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Lead and resolve conflicts to meet revenue goals while ensuring contractual compliance.
  • Manage all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial activities, across multiple efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on changes to program scope, timeline, or budget.
  • Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross profit achievement.
  • Translate client vision into project activities and drive successful outcomes, including client success outcomes and metrics.
  • Advise clients as a trusted partner on strategic vision and direction.
  • Manage contractual obligations and oversee the output of subcontracting partners.
  • Recognize issues and conflicts, develop solutions, and remove barriers to project success.
  • Negotiate outcomes and agreements that benefit the project and company.
  • Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic program plans that benefit the organization over the long term.
  • Identify program risks and implement timely mitigation techniques.
  • Handle hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management, and team development.
