Requirements
- BS/BA in education or scientific discipline, advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated technical writing experience.
- Understands process concepts and able to produce documentation within delivery parameters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Clearly and concisely describe concepts.
- Performs effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised.
- Experience with drug development, PharmSci, and GMP concepts.
- Project and change management expertise, proven development and execution of project plans.
- Ability to understand customer needs and assist with determining paths forward.
- Uses critical thinking skills and sound judgment to assess training issues to proactively solve problems.
- Can work independently on assignments, self-identify areas to improve and take action to implement improvements.
