Position requires onsite presence in Los Angeles.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience of payroll processing
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and ADP
- Accurate and timely processing of the weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payroll
- Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities
- Prepare and balance payroll runs per compliance requirements
- Processes payrolls for various scheduled pay dates. Detailed reconciliation and balancing.
- Enters and audits payroll adjustments, manual checks and refunds as well as maintaining logs and spreadsheets to reconcile data and audit entries.
