Responsibilities
  • Daily review of underlying capital calls/distributions entered by analysts in the accounting system
  • Review payments, reimbursements and invoices entries entered in general ledgers
  • Review of other general accounting entries entered in general ledgers
  • Review of entries entered in Daily cash flows
  • Review of Reconciliations of all SPV and/or main fund cashflows to bank statements
  • Review of Monthly accounting close for all SPVs and/or funds. This includes bank reconciliations and other reconciliations
  • Assist with the financial year end and SOC 1 annual audits
  • Supervise India team members
  • Special projects
  • Assist with the day to day accounting, not just the daily and monthly accounting reviews.

Midas, a platform for on-chain investment products, has raised $50 million in Series A funding led by RRE Ventures and Creandum. Participants included Framework Ventures, Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures and Anchorage Digital, bringing total funding to $58.75 million. The company converts institutional investment strategies into regulatory-compliant tokens, offering transparency and liquidity across decentralised finance protocols. It has introduced Midas Staked Liquidity, which enables instant redemptions without affecting underlying yield. CEO Dennis Dinkelmeyer said the company is building towards a future where investing is "open, transparent, composable, and accessible by default". The funding will support expanding into additional institutional asset classes and deepening integrations across decentralised finance ecosystems.

Franklin Resources Inc. has partnered with the decentralized finance platform Ondo Finance to launch tokenized exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Also known as Franklin Templeton, the company is the world's 16th largest asset manager with $1.7 trillion in assets under management (AUM). Franklin Templeton partners with Ondo. Franklin Resources outperforms Nasdaq with 17% annual gain despite recent dip

Franklin Resources, an asset management company valued at $12.4 billion, has declined 2.3% over the past three months, outperforming the Nasdaq Composite's 7.1% drop during the same period. Franklin Resources hits $1.74T AUM with $10B net inflows, launches Retirement Advantage Plus Funds

Franklin Resources has raised $120 million in a Series C round led by Ribbit Capital, valuing the company at $1.45 billion. Sequoia and Kleiner Perkins participated, alongside new backer Emerson Collective. The pre-revenue startup, co-founded by Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev, is developing AI systems focused on advanced mathematical reasoning. Its flagship model, Aristotle, uses formal reasoning in Lean4 programming language to eliminate hallucinations common in generative AI. Founded in 2023, Franklin has raised $295 million across three rounds in 14 months. The company currently offers Aristotle via free API to mathematicians and researchers, with plans to commercialise in safety-critical sectors including aerospace, automotive and finance.
