Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent environmental experience.
  • At least four years of progressive supervisory and management experience in a related business or technical field.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with an understanding of Human Resources and labor relations principles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct personnel across a territory of Industrial Water and Power projects to achieve safe, reliable, profitable operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the daily operations of three to six area projects, with site project managers as direct reports.
  • Prepare annual budgets for operations director and company review.
  • Report project profit and loss, explain variances, and forecast performance.
  • Manage clients and customers across assigned projects.
  • Solicit customer input to understand needs, problems, and systems; provide solutions, improve satisfaction, implement corrective actions, and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Interpret contracts and define deliverables.
  • Conduct operations meetings, assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain sufficient on-site presence to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Participate in territory business development, including collecting and disseminating opportunity intelligence.
  • Participate in new business and scope-increase due diligence.
  • Prepare operating expense models, identify staffing levels, and participate in bid reviews and proposal development.

  • Leverage district resources to maximize purchasing power.
  • Serve as the second-level delegated approval authority for operations expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policy.
  • Identify and justify capital expenditures using the capital authorization request process.
  • Monitor regional financial performance, including cost-center budgets, personnel utilization, pricing, customer invoicing, and collections.
  • Monitor and address aged receivables and ensure appropriate collection actions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and counsel the team when corrections or improvements are needed.
  • Prepare timely monthly reports and control or forecast monthly budget variances.
  • Ensure the area meets or exceeds its plan and collections are timely.
  • Provide a fair and equal work environment, review project performance, promote morale, and support open communication, innovation, and employee growth.
  • Participate in labor-relations activities, including labor contract negotiations and ongoing labor issues and grievances, and ensure labor agreements are consistently administered.
  • Oversee district safety programs and adherence to company policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements, and state regulations.
  • Promote and model a strong safety culture and ensure plant compliance with safety and environmental programs.
  • Provide training to plant and project managers on technical and business topics to improve project performance.
  • Conduct meetings with client regulatory officials for project stability and compliance.
  • Visit existing and potential customer facilities and work in office, project, plant, and field environments.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia has completed a €1.15 billion senior bond offering across two tranches. The issuance comprises €650 million with a four-year maturity at a 3.678% coupon and €500 million with an eight-year maturity at a 4.088% coupon. The transaction attracted over 250 orders totalling €3.4 billion. Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. BNP Paribas and Natixis serve as joint global coordinators, with BofA Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as joint bookrunners. Veolia plans to list the bonds on Euronext Access within 30 days.

Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale
