Requirements
  • Commercial Auto/Fleet experience
  • Level 2 insurance license is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Pro-active and a self-starter
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
  • Motivated to contribute within a team environment
  • High school or equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain existing fleet accounts.
  • Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements).
  • Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation.
  • Contact clients for renewal information.
  • Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages.
  • Update client information and policies as changes occur.
  • Answer account related questions/requests from clients.
  • Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.
  • Assist walk-in clients.
