Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field is required.
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or a related field is required, including experience leading programs and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation methods, and learning program management is required.
  • Experience administering or owning a learning management system, including assignments, reporting, content maintenance, and user support, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and guide the work of team members, facilitators, or cross-functional partners is required.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and build learning solutions, including technical or operational training where applicable, is required.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster a culture of learning and development is required.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and influence others, with strong leadership and relationship management skills, is required.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy in alignment with business priorities and workforce capability needs.
  • Co-create learning solutions with internal customers.
  • Design, curate, and continuously improve learning programs, curricula, and materials for onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and professional skills.
  • Help execute employee, manager, and leadership development initiatives that strengthen capability, readiness, and career growth.
  • Manage learning and development policies, programs, and systems, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences.
  • Aid with training delivery and facilitation, and ensure high-quality learner experiences across audiences and locations.
  • Select and optimize learning methods, technologies, and tools based on audience needs, business context, and desired outcomes.
  • Own the learning management system, including administration, content organization, learner assignments, reporting, system optimization, governance, and user support.
  • Manage external learning partners, contract instructors, and internal subject matter experts to ensure content quality, consistency, and effective delivery.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through participation, completion, knowledge transfer, learner feedback, and business impact metrics, and use data to improve programs and priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience leading technical training, workforce capability, or role-based learning programs in an industrial, manufacturing, field service, or operational environment.
  • Experience with learning technologies, content authoring tools, and digital learning platforms.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, instructional design, project management, or coaching credentials.
  • Experience measuring learning impact and using data to improve performance, adoption, and business outcomes.
