Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Marketing function in becoming the voice of the customer
  • Be an expert on our buyers - understand and document how different personas and segments make decisions and what product capabilities are important to them. Then distribute what you learn in a scalable and repeatable way
  • Plan and perform messaging tests and experiments in partnership with our website manager and the demand gen function
  • Work with the CI team to gather relevant competitive data to inform product messaging
  • Use qualitative and quantitative measurement to inform your next initiative
